Pet Waste Cleaning Service – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pro Pet Waste (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing and using our pet waste cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Service Agreement
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined here and acknowledge that these terms may change at any time without prior notice.
Service Provided
We provide pet waste cleanup services at your designated property. Services include picking up pet waste from your yard and depositing in your trash receptacle. We do not haul waste.
Service Schedule
Services will be provided on a regular schedule, as agreed upon with the customer. We will notify you in advance if any changes are necessary. Service days and times may be subject to availability and weather conditions.
Access to Property
You agree to provide clear access to the property and permission to Pro Pet Waste to enter and provide service.
This includes customer unlocking gates or fencing if necessary or providing entrance. We are not responsible for any issues caused by lack of access. We are not responsible for any defective gate latches or locks. We will always leave the property the same way we entered. When leaving the property securing gates or latches with the existing security the customer has in place. The customer will receive a photo of a gate or fence being latched or locked upon leaving the customer's property clearly showing the gate or fence being secured.
In the event that a team member is unable to access the property and unable to communicate with the customer to advise them of the problem the team member will move on to the next scheduled service.
The customer once contacted will be provided with the next available day we can provide them service. The customer will not be charged for service not provided however if this problem persists meaning non access to property on multiple occasions the customer may be put on a temporary suspension until this problem can be resolved.
Payment Terms
Payments for our services are due the day before service is performed this includes weekly scoops, biweekly scoops and one-time scoops.
If services are rendered in the middle or near end of the month where a full month service is not provided a prorated bill will be due. After the initial payment is made a monthly bill will be submitted via email on the first of every month thereafter for weekly and biweekly service. We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, Check or Cash payments. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Pricing
Prices listed are standard prices according to property size. Any property exceeding the definition of small or medium (subdivision size) per Pro Pet Waste will be billed accordingly. Prices listed on this site are for small and medium sized yards. Pro Pet Waste will look up property and determine size. Large properties will always require a quote. Pro Pet Waste reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Prices listed are also according to number of dogs not exceeding three. Any additional dogs (four or more) will be billed five dollars per additional dog, dog's.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four hours in advance. This will help us adjust routes accordingly. We reserve the right to charge for services that have already been rendered. No refunds will be issued for services once they have been performed.
Client Responsibilities

Ensure that pets are kept inside or contained during service.

Ensure pet waste is accessible for pickup.

Inform us of any special instructions or considerations (e.g., pet allergies, dangerous animals).

Notify us of any changes to your property that may affect the service.
Liability
While we will make every effort to provide quality service, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by pets or other hazards on the property. You agree to hold us harmless for any such incidents.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if the terms of this agreement are violated, if there is a threat to the safety of our staff, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
If customer chooses to terminate services.
There is no long-term obligation. Weekly or Monthly service can be terminated whenever the customer chooses. You will not be charged for any future cleanings that haven't been provided. If a refund is due to the customer prorated or full, the customer will receive the refund within ten business days of termination.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purposes of providing our services and billing. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
